SARA SORS 

 

Sors Sara was born in Catalonia. She studied acting in EÒLIA School of Dramatic Arts as well as taking workshops in Estudio Corazza, The Workcenter of Jerzy Grotowski and Thomas Richards, The Grotowski Institute and The research of Maud Robarts (We Are Raw Material).

 

In theater, she participated in 2011 on “Cruilles,” in the Mercat de les Flors of Barcelona, with director Luca Silvestrini's. In 2013 she participated as an actress in “Foul is Fair,” an adaptation of Macbeth directed by Josep Galindo, and in 2014 in “El pa de cada dia,” a play by Gesine Dankwa directed by Carmen Portaceli. Her last work was “La gent molesta”  in the Gaudí Theatre directed by Carles Mallol. 

Parallel to her studies, Sara continued to work for seven years in the department of Coordination in the theater company IPA Productions SL.

For Television she has acted in two TV-movies:  "Sé quien eres" directed by Paul Freixes and "Cervantes contra Lope" directed by Manuel Huerga. Centro Medico "Inés arrimada a otro".

In the cinema, she had a role in the 2016  film "Oh, quina joia" directed by Ventura Pons. Desayuna conmigo "¿Quién eres?" directed by Alex Mañas.
